1. Account Terms
To register for the Nyurics voice agent platform, users must represent a legally recognized business entity and complete verification steps. You agree to safeguard your administrator logins and session details.
Any administrative tasks (e.g. agent configuration updates, API credentials changes, database exports) triggered by your login credentials are assumed to be authorized by you.
2. Dialer Fair Use Policy
Our services are engineered to dial contacts under explicit corporate campaigns. You represent and warrant that:
- Your calling directories comply with local telemarketing registries (e.g., Do Not Disturb listings).
- You will not configure AI bots to impersonate government agencies, financial institutions, or emergency hotlines.
- You will not perform bulk spam calling campaigns designed to exhaust carrier channels.
Violation of these provisions will lead to instant account suspension without warning.
3. Fees & Payment Terms
Fees are structured based on monthly subscription tiers (Starter, Growth, Enterprise) plus additional usage minutes where applicable.
All subscription invoices must be paid within 14 days of receipt. Overdue invoices are subject to system alerts and suspension of agent clusters if unpaid. Fees are non-refundable.
4. Intellectual Property
All visual elements, layout code, WebRTC audio streaming architectures, deep learning model configurations, and documentation remains the exclusive property of Nyurics IT Services.
You retain ownership of all audio logs, database records, and transcript text generated by your active voice agents.
5. Limitation of Liability
We compile telephony channels to guarantee maximal availability:
However, Nyurics is not responsible for carrier routing drops, latency bottlenecks introduced by public model APIs, or any business losses resulting from unanswered or dropped calls. The maximum cumulative liability under this agreement shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
6. Account Termination
You may close your account at any time via the Settings Danger Zone panel. Upon termination, your active agents will be deleted, and all stored data can be purged from our databases at your request.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if we suspect illegal calling practices or non-payment.
